Most suppliers assemble; we manufacture. At our Yeoju headquarters factory, PE foam sheets are foamed, laminated, printed, cut and packed under one roof — which is why global retailers audit us directly, and pass us.

QONE's factory passed the Costco factory audit (COC / LRQA, 85% security score) in 2026 and has repeatedly passed Daiso Japan's WCA (Workplace Conditions Assessment) audits over a 10-year partnership. ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems govern quality and environmental management, and KATRI safety testing confirms 6 heavy metals are not detected in our products. Audit reports and certificates are available to buyers under NDA on request.
