Buyer FAQ

Everything international buyers ask us before their first order.

Do you provide samples?
Yes. We provide product samples for qualified business inquiries. Use the Request Samples option on our contact form and tell us your company, market and channel — we will confirm sample terms and dispatch by international courier.
What is your typical production lead time?
Standard items usually ship within 30–45 days after order confirmation, depending on quantity and season (Q4 is our peak). OEM and custom-designed items require additional time for design, tooling and sampling — we confirm a schedule with every quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
We commonly work with T/T (bank transfer) and L/C at sight for container orders. Exact terms are agreed per order and partner.
Which ports do you ship from?
Busan and Incheon, Korea. We support FOB, CIF and other Incoterms as agreed. Our team handles export documentation in-house.
Do you offer OEM / private label production?
Yes — OEM and private-label development is one of our core strengths. We handle design, tooling, production and packaging in-house, and we are a key private-label (CPLB) supplier to Coupang, Korea's largest e-commerce retailer. See our OEM & Private Label page.
What certifications and audits do you hold?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, KATRI safety testing (6 heavy metals not detected), Brand K designation. Our factory has passed the Costco COC/LRQA audit and Daiso Japan WCA audits. Certification documents are available to buyers on request.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on product, size and printing. Tell us your target quantity and market in the quote form and we will confirm the exact MOQ and pricing structure for your case.
